Load balancing
problem arise in many applications, but most importantly, they play
a special role in the operation of parallel and distributed computing systems.
In a situation where by newly created tasks are arrive randomly into the system;
processing can become heavily loaded while others are idle or lightly loaded. Load balancing deals with mapping of tasks to suitable processors in such a way to balances out the load among all the processors in the system based on its computational capability.
